Analytics & Product · Co-founder, Huxxle

I'm an analytics and product person based between Lagos and London. Five years in, mostly doing data work — writing queries, building dashboards, automating the reports nobody wants to run by hand, and figuring out what the numbers actually mean for whoever is making decisions.

I also co-founded Huxxle — an AI business assistant for small business owners in Nigeria. That project has taught me more about building product than anything else. Turns out what people say they need and what actually helps them are often different things.

Building Huxxle

Huxxle is an AI business assistant for small business owners — the kind of people running their entire operation through WhatsApp and notebooks. I co-founded it and led the product and analytics side: what to build, what to measure, and making sure the internal reporting actually reflected what was happening.

It's still early. But it's the thing I'm most honest about — because I built it, I know exactly where it works and where it doesn't.

  • Built automated sales forecasting dashboards that gave the team more confidence in the numbers before big decisions
  • Tightened up the lead-to-cash workflow and cut the manual overhead that kept piling up each cycle

  • Pulled together data from four different systems into one place — before that, nobody trusted any of the numbers
  • Worked with different teams to change how some core processes were running, which lifted overall efficiency by 20%
  • Ran Power BI and SQL workshops for the team; mostly about making people confident enough to answer their own questions

SmartCash PSB, Lagos, Nigeria

  • Rebuilt pricing analytics from scratch — that work contributed directly to a 32% improvement in customer retention
  • Built the Power BI dashboards that senior leadership checked every morning; they became the default way to track performance
  • Automated the financial reporting processes that used to eat up entire days each month
  • Mentored junior analysts on the team — less about formal training, more about working through real problems together

Data Analyst

Mar 2020 – Dec 2022

Utiva, London, United Kingdom

  • Produced market intelligence reports that shaped several strategic calls — Power BI, DAX, the usual
