About this project
Three views — attrition by department (pie chart), by gender (donut chart), and by age group (line chart) — give HR teams a multidimensional view of workforce turnover. Key insights surfaced include stress-prone departments, roles lacking career advancement, gender-based disparities, and age-related turnover patterns. Designed to directly feed targeted retention strategy.
