About this project
Built to replace an email-based support workflow that was slow, untracked, and opaque. The app gives employees three clear paths: raise a ticket, search the knowledge base for self-service answers, or track the progress of open requests in real time. Integrated into Microsoft 365 with no additional infrastructure.
